All new clients must book an Initial Treatment which consist of a 15 minute consultation and a 60 minute massage.
Existing clients may then book a Follow Up appointment of their choosing or by recommendation by your therapist.
If you're a Southern Cross member, you can claim for remedial massage therapy. Be Active Massage can do this on your behalf using the Easy-Claim Portal.
Initial Treatment // $110
This is your first booking. All new clients must have a 75 minute appointment.
This allows time for the initial 15 minute consultation including any postural and range of motion testing to be completed and a 60 minute massage session and recommendations for further treatment if required.
45 min // $75
This booking can be made after your initial consultation.
This is appropriate for a specific region of the body i.e. upper body, lower legs.
60 min // $90
This booking can be made after your initial consultation.
This is the most popular treatment time as your therapist will be able to cover two regions i.e. neck and shoulders, legs and back.
90 min // $120
This booking can be made after your initial consultation.
This is appropriate for a full body massage. Longer appointments are available if needed. Please contact for more information.
Cancellation Policy
24-hours cancellation notice must be given or a cancellation fee may apply

All payments* are due at the end of the session via cash or internet bank transfer.
